Aquafarming is quite simply the future of food. When farming is done in a completely controlled environment, the impact on our planet is significantly smaller than in traditional ways of farming. And yet, the productivity is higher.

INTIQ's version 2 aerator, is out of the prototyping phase and is getting assembled by our team.

After performing a detailed technical analysis of equipment currently in the market, the following aerators/oxygenation and circulation systems were used.

Blowers

Act as air pumps, increasing the gas's pressure, which would increase the dissolution of oxygen; both would require being accompanied by diffusers to create finer bubbles. Blowers are more efficient than compressors in terms of energy. The shortcoming of this equipment is that they have less ability to create water circulation.

Jet Type Propellants

Excellent for creating water circulation, handling higher rotational speeds than paddles, and providing oxygen dissolution by driving volumes of air into the water. Still, they do not significantly decrease the size of the bubble.

Solar Feeder

Our Solar feeder automates food delivery, optimizes feeding schedules, and improves the health and growth rate of the shrimp.

INTIQ has worked for over 5 years to design and roll out our in-house designed, industry-leading, aquaculture solar aerator, and feeder solution.

After recognizing the inefficiencies with existing shrimp farm aeration products, we have developed a solution that provides a highly efficient and sustainable solutions that can be rapidly scaled.

INTIQ's version 1 aerator, is currently deployed in Ecuador.

Our product high level overview.

Our system consists of a PV-off grid aerator system for aquaculture with an initial emphasis on shrimp farming.

Our system enhances water aeration and, as a result of constant and stable production, creates higher growth shrimp performance, potentially adding 1 to 2 shrimp harvests per pool per year.

Our technology combines solar energy with a blowers system for quiet, efficient, and an environmentally-conscious aeration.

Our system increases water circulation, water oxygenation, and shrimp productivity while reducing fossil fuel (diesel) use, consequently reducing CO2 emission.

Our system will include an automatic feeding system and an automatic bacteria injecting system, providing a completely autonomous and vertically integrated solution.
